6:33 Meeting called to order by Dean Ryan (DR), president. Those present were Clayton Maple (CM), Thelma Bustamante (TB), Ed Varela (EV), Linda Rogers (LR), and Coach Elliott (CE), Holly Overmyer (HO), Shannon Richards (SR), and Melaney Colby (MC)Tammy Smith (TS), Julia Bynes (JB)
July 13th minutes: were reviewed for approval. TB motion LR 2nd- APPROVED
6:35 PM- CE
XC, VBall, Tennis & Football all start practice 8-24 Shared the process for Letterman jackets
Panther cards- Plan for each athlete to sell 3
6:40 PM- SR -Online Store/Memberships
Will add the membership option to activity fees for each sport
Will contact team parents- would like team parent names from all coaches
6:45 PM-HO-Programs
Organizing athletes to take pictures with sponsor businesses
Option to add purchasing a program to the activity fund?
7:00 MC-Scholarships-
9 total awarded- 5 successfully completed
7:04 PM- JB-Concessions
Waiting on protocols and parameters from the district before making any purchases
7:10 TS- Social Media
Will update all social media sites once protocols are released from the district
8:00 Merchandise: TB Adding Facemasks and new items Website is updated
***There will be a yearly audit of the Boards’ financials in August. Two people not associated with the board will need to participate in the audit.
No current WISH LIST items .
Next board meeting is scheduled September 14, 2020 @ 6:30 pm, location TBD.
