6:37 PM Meeting called to order by Dean Ryan (DR), President. Those present were Ed Varela (EV), Linda Rogers (LR), and Coach Elliott (CE), Melaney Colby (MC), Tammy Smith (TS), & Julia Bynes (JB),
November minutes: reviewed for approval. MC motion TS 2nd- APPROVED
6:40-45 PM- CE-Sports Update
Girls & Boys Basketball seasons have started and both programs are doing well
Wrestling will begin in January-delayed due to the pandemic
6:45-55 PM- General Meeting Plan-Agenda
7:30PM January 11th after monthly Board Meeting
Invite all KPHSASBC members as well as KPHS coaches to acknowledge athletes/sports successes
EV discuss/share financial statements
DR Board member introductions, overview of what the board does, where/how funds are spent
TB/SR Merchadise purchase and online store information
MC Senior Scholarship process and application deadline
6:55 PM- DR for SR/TB -Online Store/Memberships/Merchandise
All winter sports online stores are open
7:00 MC-Scholarships-
Application Due Date: March 12th- LR motion, DR 2nd- all approve
7:05 PM- MC & TS for JB-Concessions
JB- Food Permit will be current
Hot Food Handling Certification for members in process
7:25-35 EV- Financial Statements
EV reported the following accounts balances (as of 11/30/2020): $56,974.54- ASBC, $67,124.74 - Activity.
KPHSASBC Sponsor: still pending donation
7:35 TS- Social Media
Will update all social media sites with event results and with the General Meeting invitation
7:40 No current WISH LIST items .
Next board meeting is scheduled January 11th @ 6:30 pm, via Zoom.
