6:38 Meeting called to order by Dean Ryan (DR), president. Those present were Thelma Bustamante (TB), Ed Varela (EV), Linda Rogers (LR), and Coach Elliott (CE), Holly Overmyer (HO), Shannon Richards (SR), and Tammy Smith (TS), Julia Bynes (JB), Clayton Maple (CM)
Aug 17th minutes: were reviewed for approval. TB motion HO 2nd- APPROVED
6:40 PM- CE
XC-Started the season with wins
Golf is starting this week
VBall starting- Football scrimmages are starting
6:40 PM- SR/TB -Online Store/Memberships/Merchandise
6:45 PM-HO-Programs
Organizing athletes to take pictures with sponsor businesses
Option to add purchasing a program to the activity fund?
7:00 MC-Scholarships-
9 total awarded- 5 successfully completed
7:04 PM- JB-Concessions
Waiting on protocols and parameters from the district before making any purchases- CE will send via email
7:10 TS- Social Media
Will update all social media sites once protocols are released from the district
7:15 Merchandise: TB Adding Facemasks and new items Website is updated
All merchandise will ordered online will be delivered.
KPASBC will set up a table at the football games for sales of merch & programs
7:27 CE will send an email with all team parents contact info.
No current WISH LIST items .
Next board meeting is scheduled October 12, 2020 @ 6:30 pm, location TBD.
